SHIPPING / DELIVERY / RETURNS

There is a processing time frame that ranges from 2-3 days. This is the time that it takes for your bank to release all funds after your purchase. Once the processing time is over your items will be shipped immediately (for in stock items NOT pre orders). Once your item is shipped you will receive them from anywhere between 3-5 business days. There will be an estimated 7-10 day turnaround time to complete your order (this doesn't include weekends).  Please note any wigs that are available for Pre Order require 15-25 days for preparation.   Billing and shipping address should be the same as the shipping address in order for your orders to be fulfilled.  To ensure quick delivery all orders are processed daily, therefore orders cannot be altered or changed once your payments are complete. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are no refunds or exchanges. In the evens of a mistake on the sellers behalf we offer exchanges of product only if the returned products is not damaged and returned on original condition.
