Order Fulfillment

Orders are carefully processed within 2–3 business days to allow your payment to be securely authorized. Once processing is complete, in-stock items are promptly shipped, typically arriving within 3–5 business days. Please allow an estimated 7–10 business days to complete your order (excluding weekends).

 

Custom color items require 15–25 days for preparation to ensure flawless quality. For seamless order fulfillment, billing and shipping addresses must match. All orders are processed daily; once payment is complete, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

 

Please note that once an order is fulfilled and shipped, refunds or exchanges are not available. In the unlikely event of an error on our part, we are happy to offer exchanges, provided the returned item is unused and in its original condition.
